9/1 Announcements
- Welcome to Grace Christian Church! We are glad you are here and would like to get to know you! Join us for lunch after the service.
- We are pleased to have Rev. Matthew DeLong as our guest preacher.
- Youth Group Back to School Night. Date: 9/6, Potluck dinner at 7pm. All youth and their parents are invited to attend.
- There will be a combined CM and EM worship service on 9/8 at 9:30am. It will be followed by a Congregational Meeting at 11am. The meeting subjects are: Elect Mr. Arthur Hsu as the Associate Pastor of Grace Christian Church, and 2018 Finance audit report.
- The Youth Choir resumes practice on 9/8 from 1–1:45pm. All 5 th graders and above are invited and encouraged to join. For more information, please contact Mr. Chuntao Yan, the program coordinator (samuelyan@msn.com).
- Mark your calendar. We will have our Church-wide Fall Picnic (both CM and EM) on 9/21 from 10:00am–1:30pm at Burke Lake Park, Fairfax. Invite your friends and make this an event for introducing folks to Grace Christian Church. There will be a 3K Cross Country Run/Walk; if you are interested, please sign up via the form posted on the hallway bulletin board.
- Our weekly Bible study/prayer meeting is on Wednesday evenings 7:30–9:30pm at Mr. Arthur’s home. We encourage brothers and sisters to join. Please contact him for more information (graphitude@gmail.com).
