8/9 Announcements
- Welcome to Grace Christian Church! We are glad you can join us.
- Reopening update: The Session has been closely monitoring the coronavirus pandemic situation in Virginia. Even though there are still some areas with increasing cases, we see that the key COVID-19 measures in Northern Virginia and for the state overall have started to plateau. After consulting with our health advisory team, we are projecting 8/23 as the target date for starting Phase 1, the regathering of our worship services, as defined in the GCC Reopening Plan (posted on our website, http://graceem.gccvapca.org/reopening/). Lord willing, the Session will make a final decision on 8/20, and plan to conduct a final town hall meeting at 7pm on 8/21, the Friday before. Please keep this in your prayers.
- Weekly online EM Fellowship/Sermon Discussion is on Sunday, 2–3pm over Zoom. All are invited.
- Weekly online Children’s Sunday School continues this afternoon over Zoom. Joy, Peace, and Patience classes are from 4–5pm; Love class is from 5–5:30pm. Please contact Harriet Lin for more information (hjlintx@gmail.com).
- Weekly Bible Study/Prayer Meeting is on Wednesday evenings, 7:30–9:30pm over Skype online. All are invited.
- Weekly adult, high school, and middle school Sunday School is 9:30–10:30am over Skype.
- We encourage brothers and sisters to continue with weekly tithing/offering by mailing/dropping off checks to GCC, using online payment through your bank, or transferring money via PayPal to graceccpca@gmail.com (transaction fees apply).
