4/2 Announcements
- Welcome to Grace Christian Church! We are glad you can join us.
- There will be a combined CM & EM Good Friday Worship Service on 4/7 at 7:30pm; we will also celebrate the Lord’s Supper. Please plan to attend.
- There will be a Chinese evangelistic concert on Saturday evening (4/8) from 7–9pm at GCC; there will be a short message, congregational singing, and musical instrument and dance performances. All are invited.
- We plan to have a Baptism & Profession of Faith worship service on Easter Sunday, 4/9; we will also celebrate the Lord’s Supper.
- There will be an evangelism training led by Rev. Ted Yuan on Sundays, 4/16 & 4/23 at 1:30pm. Mandarin only. We encourage all who can to attend. For planning purposes, please sign up using the form at the church office.
- Starting today, 4/2, Children’s Sunday School offers an additional Chinese Sunday School class from 11am–12:20pm for children ages 4–8. This class will focus on teaching reading and writing, as well as reciting Bible verses, in Chinese. Please register your children if you are interested in this new class.
- GCC will hold our church retreat on 5/27–5/29 (Memorial Day Weekend) at James Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia. The EM speaker is Rev. Nathan Boyette, and the theme is “Philippians: Joyful Submission”; the CM speaker is Rev. Grant Chen, and the theme is “Repentance & Revival”. Please mark your calendar and plan to join. Registration is now open. Please plan to participate in learning, sharing, fellowshipping with our fellow brothers and sisters.
- We plan to have our Summer Youth Mission trip to Fairmont, WV on 6/17–6/24; registration is open. Please contact Helen He or Grace Yuan for information.
- The monthly EM potluck dinner is today, 4/2, 5:30–8pm at Pastor Arthur’s home. We invite all to join and bring a dish. For more information, please contact Pastor Arthur <graphitude@gmail.com>.
- Weekly Prayer Meeting is on Wednesday evenings, 8–9:30pm through Zoom.
