4. We plan to have our church retreat on 5/27–29 (Memorial Day Weekend) at James Madison University. Please mark your calendar and plan to join.

5. Important changes to Children’s Worship in 2023: The combined children’s worship on the 3rd Sunday of the month is canceled. As a general principle, we encourage all children to join EM worship or CM worship with their parents. For children attending EM, CM parents are encouraged to worship with them in lieu of attending CM Sunday School. For parents who are not able to attend EM worship for whatever reasons, we asked them to ask another adult to supervise their child during EM worship. For younger children who are not able to stay for the entire EM worship, they are to attend the first part of EM worship until the pastoral prayer; they will be dismissed to attend Sunday School for the second hour.

6. Our next EM potluck dinner is on Sunday, 2/5 at Elder Eric’s home.

7. Weekly Prayer Meeting is on Wednesday evenings, 8–9:30pm through Zoom. All are invited.
