7/9 Announcements
- Welcome to Grace Christian Church! We are glad you can join us.
- Our church will begin to replace the carpets and floors in all classrooms next week; it is expected to take 1 to 2 weeks (7/10–7/22). During this period, materials and furniture will be temporarily stored in the Welcome Room, Coat Room, and hallways. Please be careful and watch out for the safety of our children.
- GCC Summer Bible Camp is on 7/31–8/4; half-day-camp is from 9am–12pm, and full-day-camp is from 9am–4pm. Registration fee for half-day-camp is $10, and full-day is $20. Registration is open; please go to: https://forms.gle/xqhMbfkYKGoNZ9SE7. We also need volunteers to help; if you are interested, please contact Harriet Lin (hjlintx@gmail.com).
- 7/16—Youth volunteer’s training (mandatory) in Room 10 from 1:30–2:30pm
- 7/23—Adult volunteer’s training in Room 10 from 1:30–2:30pm
- Rev. Stephen Tong will host a U.S. East Coast Farewell Gospel Rally in Virginia & Maryland from 9/1–9/4; 9/1–9/2 at Korean Central Presbyterian church (15451 Lee Hwy, Chantilly, VA), and 9/3–9/4 at The Music Center at Strathmore (5301 Tuckerman Ln, North Bethesda, MD); English interpretation will be provided. We are also in need of volunteers for helping with ushering, traffic, safety, finance, and childcare for this event; if you have the burden to help, please contact the church office to sign up.
- Our next EM potluck dinner is today, 7/9, 5:30–8pm at Pastor Arthur’s home. We invite all to join and bring a dish. For more information, please contact Pastor Arthur <graphitude@gmail.com>.
- Weekly Prayer Meeting is on Wednesday evenings, 8–9:30pm at Pastor Arthur’s home & through Zoom. All are invited.
