4/19 Announcements
- Welcome to Grace Christian Church! We are glad you can join us.
- We plan to have our church retreat on 5/23–5/25 (Saturday to Monday) at Shepherd University, WV. The EM speaker is Rev. Porter Harlow, senior pastor of Christ Presbyterian Church (Burke); the theme is “The Kingdom of God in the World.” The CM speaker is Rev. Vincent Yu, pastor of Peoria Chinese Church; the theme is “Die & Rise Again with Christ Every Day.” Registration is open; forms are available at the office; deadline: 4/19.
- Our Annual Church Spring Cleaning is Saturday, 5/2 at 10am. Please take this opportunity to serve together. There will be a lunch fellowship afterward (lunch is provided).
- We are planning a Youth Mission Trip to New Taipei City, Taiwan on 7/6–7/10. We are partnering with local churches to teach Vacation Bible School (VBS), sharing the Gospel with children and their families. Please keep this in your prayers. To help cover the financial costs of the trip, we will be launching fundraising activities starting in May. We look forward to your anticipation and support. The combined kick off meeting for both teams is today at 1pm.
- GCC Summer Bible Camp (for rising kindergarteners to rising 6th graders) is on 7/27–7/31. This year’s theme is “Space Mission.” Registration fee for half-day-camp is $15, and full-day is $30. - Weekly EM Bible Fellowship & Prayer is on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm through Zoom. Please contact Pastor Arthur for more information.
- Our EM potluck dinner is on 5/3, 5:30–8pm at Crystal Jin’s home. We invite all to join and bring a dish. Please contact Pastor Arthur for more information.
